We would like our customers to know that the amount of time delivery takes is strictly dependent on the area in which you live. We usually inform our clients that delivery could take up to 3 to 7 working days. We strive to get your medication to you promptly, however, we will not be held responsible for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our control e.g. postal delays such as strikes, delays due to public holidays etc.
We use first class signed for delivery to our clients at all times and reliable signed for airmail delivery addresses. Once we have received your order you will be notified, and the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours following approval. Delivery takes on average, between 3 and 7 days for previously mentioned, however delays may be encountered with larger orders or due to unforeseeable circumstances.
After placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed for delivery. If you don’t receive a confirmation, contact customer care as soon as possible.
Delivery is dependent on the time of the year that the order has been placed. Typically, orders placed within vacation periods may take longer to be shipped out and delivered. However, we inform our clients about delays and send updates on their delivery whenever possible.
